GUAYAQUIL CITY TOUR AND HISTORICAL PARK Full Day

We’ll begin by exploring the always busy 9 de Octubre Av. the center of the city. We continue to “Parque Centenario” one of the largest parks in the city, get yourself a portrait picture with the old film photographers you find here. Continue visiting “Parque Seminario”, also known as the Iguana Park due to all the green iguanas that live here. A Short stroll to the Municipal Museum, which displays an overview of the city’s history and development. Pass by the Municipal and Governmental buildings to visit the modern water front walk “Malecon 2000”, a beautiful promenade along the calm Guayas River. We continue to the “Las Peñas” neighborhood on the Santa Ana hill, to admire the old city homes that make this place unique. After luche you will continue to the Historical Park, this is an interesting attraction, It’s very well done, giving you the feeling that you are strolling through the jungle to see the animals. Then spilling you out onto the historic streets with amazing architecture, you get the chance to meet some of the nicest local people enjoying the park with their families. Enjoy a very nice walk taking in the view of local wildlife, plants and vegetation, at this natural “zoo”, you can spot a lot of animals such as different types of parrots & birds, as well as flamingos, crocodiles, monkeys, among other mammals.
