Day 1: You will take Quito City Tour to discover this beautiful colonial capital of Ecuador.
In the afternoon, after lunch, visit the Middle of the World. Overnight in Quito.
Day 2: In the morning, this tour takes you to Otavalo where you will visit Otavalo's Indian Market and the lakes of the north. Overnight in Quito.
Day 3: Early in the morning, you will go south, through the “Avenue of the Volcanoes,” to the Cotopaxi National Park. Before arriving to the Cotopaxi National Park, you will visit Cotopaxi's surrounding areas known as “paramos” (Highlands).
Upon arrival to Cotopaxi, you will visit The Limpiopungo valley. If the weather is favorable, an ascent to the Cotopaxi Volcano's refuge, just below the glaciers, is possible.
In the afternoon, after lunch, Marite Tour will take you to the city of Baños.
Arrive in Baños at night where you will have a chance to observe the Tungurahua Volcano. Overnight in Baños.
Day 4: The Exploring Ecuador's Andes Tour takes you on an excursion in Chivas (open bus from the coast) to visit the route of the waterfalls to see the Devil’s Caldron, one of the 10 most beautiful waterfalls in the world.
After Lunch, you will have a free afternoon to visit the city of Baños. Late in the afternoon, the tour continues to Riobamba.
Day 5: Early in the morning after breakfast, you will experience the Trans-Andean train. You will ride on top of the Trans-Andean train down to Alausi via the “Devil’s Nose” to enjoy the breath taking views.
Continue by vehicle to Ingapirca (Ecuador’s most important archaeological site from the pre-Inca period). Next, you will go to Cuenca for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Marite Tour gives you the opportunity to explore and discover Cuenca by the city tour.
In Cuenca, you will visit the famous Panama Hat museums. Lunch.
In the afternoon, visit the city of the Chordeleg, famous for its great jewelries and Gualaceo. Overnight in Cuenca.
Day 7: After breakfast, return to Quito or continue to Guayaquil for extension tours to the Galapagos Islands, the Pacific Coast or Ecuador's Jungle.
