MT 701 CUZCO + MACHU PICCHU (5 Days / 4 Nights)

DAY 1: Quito or Guayaquil / LIMA
Transfer hotel – airport – hotel. Welcome with a traditional aperitif “Pisco Sour”.

DAY 2: Lima - Cuzco
Early in the morning after breakfast we will fly to Cuzco. Transfer Hotel-Airport-hotel.

In the hotel in Cuzco there will be a "Welcome to the hotel" with the traditional “mate de coca,” which is a special drink to acclimatize to the altitude. At the hotel you will have time to rest.

On the afternoon you will take the City tour and visit the main ruins near Cuzco, Kenko, Tambomachay, Pucapucarà and Sacsayhuamàn.

DAY 3: Cuzco - Machu Picchu
You will have breakfast very early.

After breakfast, you will transfer to the train station where you will take the train to Machu Picchu. The train ride will take about 3 hours to get to the impressive Machu Picchu.

At Machu Picchu you will have time to visit this great archeological Inca site (guided visit). Also, there will be a free time to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful landscape of this mysterious place. Buffet included.

On the afternoon return to Cuzco and back to the hotel.

DAY 4: Cuzco - Pisac – Urubamba – Ollantaytambo
After breakfast, a full day excursion to the Sacred Incan Valley.

Down the Urubamba river you will get to Pisac. Pisac is a small town where there is a famous Indian Market.

You will have a lunch buffet in Urubamba. After lunch, you will visit the Ollantaytambo fortress. Return to Cuzco late in the afternoon.

DAY 5: Cuzco - Lima – Quito.
After breakfast transfer to the airport. Fly to Quito or Guayaquil via Lima.
