4 days to discover Ecuador's jungle and time to experience pure adrenaline by taking the fastest rapids of the white water jungle rivers!
Day 1: Depart from Quito to Tena at 7 am. On arrival in Tena you will be lodged in a typical Quechua cabin.
On the afternoon you will take a 1 ½ hour hike to the lagoons. Time to swim and appreciate Ecuador's jungle. Dinner time.
Day 2: On the Morning you will hike in Ecuador's jungle to learn about the Amazon's trees, medicinal plants and the Amazon wildlife.
On the Afternoon you will pan for gold out of the river. Dinner time.
Day 3: You will be transported up the Napo River to a part known as the “Jatuyacu.” After receiving your safety equipment and instructions you will enjoy 25km of rapids and natural pools. Also it includes a hidden canyon walk. Dinner time to relax.
Day 4: On the Morning you will take the last walk in Ecuador's jungle. If the day is clear you will get a view of the Sumaco Volcano, Sangay Volcano and the erupting Tungurahua Volcano. You will return to Quito after lunch.
